Keep in mind there does need to be availability in the category above the one you reserved, in order to confirm the upgrade, so it's best to reserve well in advance of your planned stay.

• Shangri-La Luxury Circle confirms an upgrade at time of booking, for select room categories only (note there are no room to suite confirmed upgrades, and no upgrades from regular rooms to Horizon Club rooms)
• Hyatt Prive can confirm an upgrade within 24 hours of TravelSort making the request, but this is not guaranteed; it does depend on whether the hotel anticipates high occupancy during the stay dates.
• There are also regular Four Seasons Preferred Partner confirmed upgrade offers for select hotels and resorts, for example Four Seasons Hualalai, Hawaii Guaranteed Upgrade in 2021 and Four Seasons Maui at Wailea Guaranteed Upgrade, 2021.
