At TravelSort, our focus is on bespoke, luxury travel. We offer preferred pricing as low as $75 per passenger when booking your hotel or cruise with us. At least $9000 in paid pre-tax hotel or cruise bookings per two passengers is required to be eligible for our award booking service, and if a cruise is part of the itinerary the cruise and all hotels for the trip must be booked with TravelSort. Hi Hilary, I enjoy your website. I recently booked a award ticket with Delta Skymiles for a one way ticket from Osaka to Shanghai, on 12/29/18, on China Eastern Airlines ( MU 516). The reservation was confirmed by email with the Delta confirmation code. When she showed up at the airline counter on the date of travel, the China Eastern counter agent told us that her reservation was cancelled. We asked them to call Delta, but in vain. Tony, sorry to hear China Eastern cancelled your reservation; did they explain why and when it occurred? Did you previously check that you had a China Eastern ticket number, and were you able to select your seats? What happened when you attempted to check in online (usually available 48 hours in advance except for U.S. and Canadian airports, where it’s 24 hours in advance)? I do recommend always monitoring your flight reservations, for this reason, because it’s much more difficult and stressful to fix anything unexpected on the day of travel. how do we get our yearly united club passes with the explorer card
I haven’t had the United Explorer card for years (the Chase Sapphire Reserve is much better if you have significant travel and dining spend, since it earns 3X Ultimate Rewards points per dollar, that transfer 1:1 to United miles), but at least in the past these were always mailed out soon after the annual fee was paid.
