Our award booking service offers preferred pricing for TravelSort clients who book their luxury hotels or cruises with us with Virtuoso and preferred partner benefits. Not a member yet?See How to Become a TravelSort Client;. For clients traveling on a cruise, the cruise must be booked with TravelSort to be eligible for the Award Booking service. Note that the pricing below assumes a roundtrip from your origin to destination and back again only. Any other award flights as part of the trip or round the world type awards are subject to additional fees, please inquire for a quote.

  • Free for TravelSort clients who have booked at least $12,000 (excluding taxes, discounts and port fees) per 1-2 guests in cruises or hotel stays with TravelSort for that itinerary. Note that the rebate is provided after the trip is taken.
  • $75 per passenger for TravelSort clients who have booked at least $7000 pre-tax per 1-2 guests but less than $12,000 pre-tax total in hotel stays or cruises with TravelSort for that itinerary. Note that the rebate is provided after the trip is taken.
  • $160 per passenger for TravelSort clients who have booked at least $5000 pre-tax per 1-2 guests but less than $7000 pre-tax total in hotel stays or cruises with TravelSort for the itinerary that award booking assistance is sought for.

Please note that you are also responsible for all airline taxes and fees associated with your award tickets. The above rates are for one way or round trip award travel to a given destination; awards to more than one destination and additional intra region award tickets are at additional cost. Any change after we have booked your award ticket costs $75 per ticket per change, assuming no change to the hotel and cruise bookings for the trip, in addition to any change fees and difference in mileage amounts imposed by the airline. Any cancellation of the hotels/cruises booked for the trip is subject to a penalty, see our Terms.

Also note that due to non-payment of our fees by some clients, most recently Götz Thümecke, we now require a $160 upfront deposit per ticket from all new clients and will not start work on a booking until this is paid. This ensures we can continue to provide the highly personalized, responsive service we are known for, without raising our fees.
