The Four Seasons Sevilla, in Seville, Spain will open in 2028. It will be the third Four Seasons in Spain, after the Four Seasons Madrid and the Four Seasons Mallorca at Formentor.

Four Seasons Sevilla Location and Getting There

Seville Airport (SVQ) is served by many nonstop flights from other European destinations, including Frankfurt FRA, Istanbul IST, Lisbon LIS, London LGW, Madrid MAD, Munich MUC, Paris CDG, and Vienna VIE, among others.

The hotel will be centrally located in Plaza Nueva, Seville's iconic square. Plaza Nueva is not only a hub for historical exploration but also a vibrant area surrounded by charming streets, cafes, and shops. The Four Seasons’ strategic position is a short 8-minute walk to UNESCO World Heritage cultural and architectural landmarks such as the Seville Cathedral (Catedral de Sevilla, the largest Gothic cathedral in the world), the Royal Alcázar, and the Archivo de Indias. The vibrant El Arenal neighborhood, within Seville's historic former walled city center, dotted with architectural landmarks such as the Torre de Oro, Hospital de la Caridad, and the Mercado del Barranco (designed by Gustave Eiffel), and replete with cafes and restaurants.

Four Seasons Sevilla Rooms and Amenities

The hotel will be located in the historic Generali building, the work of Spanish architect Galnares Sagastizábal, which will be renovated at a cost of 80 million Euros, led by Madrid-based architecture firm Estudio Lamela (Four Seasons Madrid, Four Seasons Formentor in Mallorca, Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra in Mallorca), with interior design led by Belén Domecq, whose work includes the Mandarin Oriental Residences in Madrid. The transformation of the building will aim to preserve its historical character and facade, while providing all the modern, residential touches that Four Seasons guests expect.

When it opens, the Four Seasons Seville will include fifty-five luxurious rooms and suites across five floors. Entry-level rooms will be 430 sq. ft. (40 sq. m.), while the Presidential Suite will be 1260 sq. ft. (117 sq. m.).

The hotel's three distinct dining experiences will include a rooftop restaurant and bar with panoramic city views; a street-level restaurant with direct access to Plaza Nueva; and lively lobby lounge dining.

The wellness area, which will feature a range of rejuvenating treatments and facilities, promises to provide guests with a serene retreat. Guests will be able to unwind in the spa, take advantage of the exclusive wellness treatments, or simply relax in the hotel’s beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces. There will also be a rooftop swimming pool that overlooks Sevilla's picturesque skyline.
