The new resort is located in Calvià, near Puerto Portals, about a 20 minute drive from Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI), served by nonstop flights from many European cities, such as AMS, ARN, BER, CPH, FRA, LGW, MAD, MUC, VIE and many others seasonally, as well as Newark EWR on United seasonally.

The resort offers inspiring Mediterranean views, framed by Aleppo pines and the dramatic coastline. The 131 stylishly appointed rooms and suites are primarily sea view, with some garden view rooms. Entry level Garden View Rooms are 485 sq. ft. with floor-to-ceiling windows and a marble bathroom with a soaking tub as well as a separate walk-in shower, followed by Sea View Rooms (290 sq. ft.), Deluxe Garden View with Plunge Pool, Deluxe Sea View, Mandarin Sea View, and Casita categories. Casitas (366 sq. ft.) afford beautiful sea views from the private terrace.

Suites range from the Sea View Suite (538 sq. ft.) for two, up through the Junior Suite Sea View and Junior Suite Sea View with Plunge Pool (915 sq. ft.) for up to three guests, Deluxe Sea View Suite (861 sq. ft.) and Premier Sea View Suite (1022 sq. ft.), Junior Sea View Suite with Roof Top Pool (807 sq. ft.), Casa Agave (1076 sq. ft.), and finally, the Punta Negra Suite (1393 sq. ft.) with panoramic sea views and Premier Sea View Suite with Roof Top Pool (1022 sq. ft.) with its private rooftop pool.
