This Review of Dani Restaurant at the Four Seasons Madrid is from our dinner and breakfast experience. The hotel opened in 2020, and has quickly established itself as one of Madrid's top luxury hotels.

Dani Restaurant Location and Hours
Dani Restaurant is located on the 7th floor of the Four Seasons Madrid, at Calle de Sevilla 3. Breakfast is offered 7-11am on weekdays and 7:30-11:30am on weekends. Dani serves lunch from 1-4pm, and dinner 7-11pm. We highly recommend making advance reservations for dinner.

Dani Restaurant Dinner
We were welcomed by the hosts for our dinner reservation and seated at a nice table on the balcony. Our server introduced himself, noted our allergy, and brought us the following dinner menu:

While we waited, we enjoyed the vegetable chips, some of the better ones we've had, and fresh bread.

We had the guacamole prepared tableside for two as a substantial appetizer. There were plenty of fresh avocados used, and I especially liked the piquant marinated tomato and crunchy rice puff garnish.

For our main, my teen and I split the decadent Dani Rossini burger with foie gras and parmesan. It's so rich that you'll want to share it, probably with a green salad instead of the fries that accompany it.

Dani Restaurant Breakfast
There's a good breakfast buffet inside Dani, and the buffet enables you to enjoy one dish from the menu. TravelSort Clients enjoy complimentary breakfast for two daily, which includes the buffet, choice of a dish from the menu, juice, and hot beverage.

We particularly enjoyed the smoked salmon, cheese board, berries, and pastries from the buffet:

There was excellent fresh squeezed orange juice, and a good cappuccino that accompanied our buffet selections.

My teen somewhat surprisingly ordered the Anti-Stress Smoothie (what stress was he encountering on vacation?) and after sipping it made a face. Not a ringing endorsement from him, but for someone who loves green juice it would probably be delightful.

He then proceeded to cheerfully help himself to half of my Salmon & Nori Eggs Benedict, which we both highly recommend.

The Verdict
Dani Restaurant has an enviable location on the Four Seasons Madrid's rooftop, and we loved the pleasant setting under the umbrellas with a view of the rooftops. We enjoyed our rich Dani Rossini burger with foie gras (but are glad we split it) as well as the guacamole prepared tableside for dinner, and for breakfast, both the breakfast buffet and Salmon & Nori Eggs Benedict were delicious. Service was good, although there was a slight misunderstanding at dinner, perhaps attributable to language barrier.
