Four Seasons Telluride

Four Seasons Telluride

.

The Four Seasons Resort Telluride is expected to open in 2027, after starting construction in late 2024. It will be the first luxury hotel in Telluride in decades, and will be a welcome new base for skiers and snowboarders craving high-end apres-ski and resort offerings. And as with other Colorado ski destinations such as Aspen and Vail, Telluride is becoming a year-round destination, drawing summer guests for musical festivals, mountain biking and hiking.

The project is spearheaded by Florida real-estate developers Fort Partners, which is behind the four Four Seasons hotels in Florida, including the Four Seasons at the Surf Club in Miami Beach, Four Seasons Palm Beach, Four Seasons Miami, and Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale, as well as the Four Seasons Yacht, and Merrimac Ventures. The new resort will be located by the foot of by the ski gondolas as a true ski-in, ski-out property.

The Four Seasons Telluride will feature 52 guest rooms and suites. There will also be 68 Four Seasons private residences, some of which will be available for guests to reserve. Interior design will be by Los Angeles-based Clements Design, known for high-end work for both hotels, such as the forthcoming Milaroca, a Belmond resort opening in Riviera Nayarit in 2025, and celebrities including Jennifer Lawrence, Bruno Mars, Jennifer Aniston, and others.
