A Hotel Upgrade at Time of Booking is one of the requests I get most often from clients. Most upgrades are based on availability at time of check-in, but there are a few ways to enjoy a confirmed upgrade at booking:
- Shangri-La Luxury Circle confirms an upgrade at time of booking, for select room categories only (note there are no room to suite confirmed upgrades, and no upgrades from regular rooms to Horizon Club rooms)
- Hyatt Prive can confirm an upgrade within 24 hours of TravelSort making the request, but this is not guaranteed; it does depend on whether the hotel anticipates high occupancy during the stay dates.
- There are regular Four Seasons Preferred Partner confirmed upgrade offers for select hotels and resorts. For example, Four Seasons Hualalai has a Guaranteed Upgrade offer I've written about, and Four Seasons Oahu at Ko Olina, Four Seasons Florence, Four Seasons Milan, Four Seasons Washington DC, Four Seasons Budapest, Four Seasons Bali at Jimbaran Bay, Four Seasons London at Trinity Square, Four Seasons London at Park Lane, Four Seasons Paris, and Four Seasons Santa Barbara also have guaranteed upgrade offers.
