1. Four Seasons Cabo del Sol: Opened May 2024

The sixth Four Seasons in Mexico is now open: enjoy swimmable beaches in addition to resort pools, private cabanas, and dining right on the beach. 2. Cheval Blanc Seychelles: Festive Season 2024-2025

A new Cheval Blanc is always cause for celebration, especially when designed by Jean-Michel Gathy, who also designed Cheval Blanc Randheli.

3. Singita Milele, Serengeti, Tanzania: Opened June 2024

Now open, Singita Milele is Singita's new five suite private villa in the Singita Grumeti reserve in the Serengeti, which includes Singita Sasakwa and Singita Sabora Tented Camp, among others. It will start welcoming guests from May (just in time for the Great Migration). Guests keen to spot lions, giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, elephants and more are in the hands of expert guides for their game drives, but they can also relish a quiet moment in the villa's infinity pool or private jacuzzi, work out in the fitness center, and view their favorite film in the movie room.

4. Soneva Secret, Maldives: Opened April 2024

Now open, Soneva Secret is located in Haa Dhaalu Atoll, on the remote island of Dhipparufushi, about a 75 minute seaplane flight from Male Airport MLE or about a 30 minute seaplane flight from Soneva Jani in the Noonu Atoll. With only 14 overwater and island villas, each with a dedicated team of three including a personal chef, Soneva Secret promises a wonderfully luxurious and personalized stay.

5. Six Senses Kyoto: Opened April 2024

The new Six Senses Kyoto is located close to the Myoho-in temple and Tokyokuni-Jinja shrine, not far from the Four Seasons Kyoto, and about an 18-20 minute walk to Gion, home to Yasaka shrine, Maruyama Park, and the city's historical entertainment district.

6. Nekajui, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Costa Rica: Late November 2024

Nekajui (pronounced nek-ah-wee), which means “garden” in Chorotegan, the language of an indigenous tribe that once lived in the area, will be located on Pochote Bay on the Peninsula Papagayo, in close proximity to the Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica and the Andaz Costa Rica.

7. Rosewood Schloss Fuschl, Austria: Opened July, 2024

Rosewood Schloss Fuschl, with its scenic location in the mountains, is only a twenty minute drive from picturesque Salzburg. The refreshed hotel (previously part of Luxury Collection) features 98 guest rooms, including 46 suites and six chalets, as well as be home to world-class restaurants and lounges, Asaya, Rosewood's integrative well-being concept, with indoor and outdoor pools.

8. Four Seasons Hotel Osaka: Opened August, 2024

General Manager Alastair McAlpine (previously at Four Seasons Lanai) leads Four Seasons' fourth hotel in Japan, which has 175 guest rooms and suites, including a Japanese-style floor where rooms and suites have tatami mat floors. Dining options include sushi restaurant Sushi O; signature Chinese restaurant Jiang-Nan Chun; drinking destination Bar BOTA; Jardine, the all-day French bistro; CHA, the tea lounge; and FARINE, the bakery.

10. Aman Nai Lert Bangkok: Fall 2024

Aman Nai Lert will be Aman's second resort in Thailand, after Amanpuri, which was the very first Aman Resort. The 36-story hotel in Nai Lert Park (close to Erawan Shrine and Lumphini Park) features 52 suites on the lower floors, as well as private residences on the higher floors, designed with private terraces by Jean-Michel Gathy, whose work also includes Amanoi, Four Seasons Tokyo at Otemachi, and Cheval Blanc Randheli, among many other luxury hotels and resorts.

11. Four Seasons Mallorca at Formentor: Opened August 2024

The new Four Seasons Mallorca opened August 2024, after an extensive renovation of the former Hotel Formentor. This is Four Seasons' second hotel in Spain, after Four Seasons Madrid, and one of only two Four Seasons beach resorts in Europe; the other is the Four Seasons Astir Palace, outside of Athens.

12. Collegio alla Querce, an Auberge Resort, Florence: March 3, 2025

Collegio alla Querce will be Auberge Resort's first property in Italy and its third in Europe. It's in scenic Tuscany, three miles from the heart of Florence, in a 16th century estate that's being meticulously renovated. There will be 66 guest rooms and 16 suites; terraced baroque gardens; a fitness center, spa, and outdoor pool, with poolside Café Focolare serving pastas, pizzas, and paninis. The signature restaurant, La Gamella, offers seasonal Italian classics in an al fresco garden setting, as well as a central chef’s table inside. The glass-enclosed Conservatorio is perfect for relaxed lunches, while Bar Bertelli, a moody bar and cigar lounge, occupies the former university’s headmaster’s office,

13. The Emory, London: Opened July 2024

14. Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London: Opened June 2024

Now open, the new Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London is the second in the UK capital, after the Mandarin Oriental London Hyde Park. It's more boutique in size, with only 50 guestrooms and suites in addition to private residences. Highlights include Akira Back's eponymous restaurant, blending Japanese and Korean cuisine, the ABar rooftop bar that will open later this year, and the Spa, with its 82 foot indoor swimming pool and vitality pools.

15. Six Senses La Sagesse, Grenada: Opened May 2024

The first Six Senses in the Caribbean, the new resort, set on 38 acres that recall a Caribbean village, hosts 56 guest rooms, 7 one-bedroom villas and 5 two-bedroom villas, set along the lakefront promenade and beach.

16. Corinthia, Rome: February, 2025

The Corinthia Rome joins several recent and planned Rome luxury hotel openings, including the Six Senses Rome, The Rome EDITION, and the forthcoming Four Seasons Vatican City / Rome, expected to debut in 2025. The Corinthia Rome will be located by Parliament Square in a building that previously housed the Central Bank of Italy. The hotel will feature 60 luxury rooms and suites, restaurants, bars, a central courtyard garden and spa.

17. Park Hyatt London River Thames: Opening October 9, 2024

The first Park Hyatt in the UK, the new Park Hyatt London River Thames will be located in the Nine Elms development, a redeveloped residential and business district in the Battersea area of the city. The Battersea Power Station (Northern Line) is only a 4 minute walk from the hotel, making it a 15 minute journey to Leicester Square Tube Station, which is walking distance from West End theaters, the Royal Opera House, The National Gallery, and Trafalgar Square.

18. Aman's JANU, Tokyo: Opened March 2024

Aman's Janu Tokyo is now accepting reservations for its March 2024 opening. The hotel, designed by Denniston, under the guidance of Jean-Michel Gathy, will be on floors 1–13 in the B-2 District Tower, completely separate from the Aman Residences, Tokyo, which will occupy floors 54-64 of the A District Tower. Higher category suites enjoy views of the Eiffel Tower-like Tokyo Tower.
