The One&Only Aesthesis, outside Athens, Greece will open November 11, 2023 as the second One&Only in Europe, after One&Only Portonovi in Montenegro. It's a Virtuoso Preview property, so TravelSort Clients will enjoy Virtuoso benefits.
One&Only Aesthesis Location and Getting There
One&Only Aesthesis is located in Glyfada on the Athenian Riviera, about a 30-50 minute drive depending on traffic from Athens Airport (ATH), which is well-connected to other European cities and also served by nonstop flights from New York JFK, Newark EWR, Chicago ORD, Washington-Dulles IAD, and Philadelphia PHL. About a 10-15 minute drive away is the Four Seasons Astir Palace, also a seaside resort.

One&Only Aesthesis Rooms, Bungalows and Villas
The resort will have 125 rooms, bungalows, and residences, as well as two villas, the 2BR Villa Nostos (1120 sq. ft. of indoor space and 2260 sq. ft. of outdoor space) with a king bed and two queen size beds, sleeping up to five adults, with a full kitchen and dining area as well as private pool, and the especially luxurious 2BR Villa One (5586 sq. ft. of indoor space and nearly 10,000 sq. ft. of space) with two king beds, each with wraparound views, split-level outdoor deck with beachfront pool, fire pit, outdoor showers, private gym, gourmet kitchen, dining area, living room, and staff quarters. The two villas can be booked together to form a four bedroom complex with room for up to 10 guests. And for even larger parties, a Two Bedroom Epos Residence can be added, creating a six bedroom sanctuary for discerning guests.

Residences are another option for extended families or friends traveling together, with both two bedroom and three bedroom options, including a private pool and terrace, outdoor firepit, gourmet kitchen and dining area.

Bungalows include Aesthesis Bungalows (with Garden, Sea View and Sea Front options) and larger, corner-positioned Eran Bungalows with more outdoor space, also with Garden, Sea View and Sea Front options.

The resort's all-day dining restaurant, Ora (Greek for ‘time’) is helmed by Chef Ettore Botrini, who hails from Corfu. His creative menu focuses on fresh Mediterranean flavors and a sense of place that connects nature, traditions and al-fresco living.

The serene Olive Bar will offer locally inspired cocktails and Greek wines amid potted olive trees and fragrant lavender.

The Sunset Bar is perfectly positioned for enjoying the golden hour over cocktails and local light bites.

Activities abound, from exploring the Acropolis and Athens' historical sights to sailing and other water sports, hiking, and soaking in the region’s famed hot springs.
