Do All Stays and Rates Qualify?
No; you must book an Accor STEP rate for the benefits to apply (generally this rate is the same as the best available flexible rate). Accor STEP benefits may not be combined with other promotions or special offers. Additionally, stays at participating Mgallery, Rixos, Mondrian, Swissotel, Pullman, 21C, 25 hours, Hyde, The Sebel and No Brand properties require a stay of 2 nights or longer for benefits to apply. Stays may be any length for participating Raffles, Sofitel Legend, Fairmont, Sofitel, and SO/ properties.
