1. Capella Kyoto: Q4 2025
Capella Kyoto will open in Q4 2025 as the first Capella hotel in Japan in the Higashiyama District, walking distance to Kiyomizu-dera, Yasaka Shrine, and Gion. Designed by Japanese architect Kengo Kuma and Associates, there will be 92 rooms and suites in the four-story building, which surrounds a central Japanese garden courtyard.

2. Rosewood Mandarina: April 2025
The Rosewood Mandarina will open April 1, 2025 as the fourth Rosewood in Mexico, after Las Ventanas Al Paraiso in Los Cabos, Rosewood Mayakoba, and the Rosewood San Miguel de Allende. The new resort is located about a 1 hour drive from Puerto Vallarta Airport (PVR) on Mexico's West Coast, and an 8-minute drive from the neighboring One&Only Mandarina.
The resort will offer three pools, five restaurants and bars, including a specialty restaurant, and fitness club and spa treatments at Asaya Spa. In addition to the Canalan Beach Club, with its infinity edge oceanfront pools, water sports (paddleboarding, kayaking, sailing), there will be golf at the new Mandarina Golf Club, hiking, ziplining, mountain biking, tennis/pickleball, and horseback riding at the Mandarina Polo & Equestrian Club.

3. Nekajui, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Costa Rica: Late November 2024
Nekajui (pronounced nek-ah-wee), which means “garden” in Chorotegan, the language of an indigenous tribe that once lived in the area, will be located on Pochote Bay on the Peninsula Papagayo, in close proximity to the Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica and the Andaz Costa Rica.

4. Four Seasons Mykonos: Summer 2025
Four Seasons Mykonos will open in summer 2025 as the first Greek island Four Seasons, set cascade-style, on about 650,000 square feet of land leading from coastal cliffs down to the beach. There will be 94 rooms, suites, and villas designed by renowned Greek architect Nicos Valsamakis in the quintessential Cycladic style of white cubic architecture with whitewashed courtyards, traditional pathways and picturesque piazzas.

5. Capella Taipei: April 2025
Located on Dunhua North Road, minutes from the Taipei 101 tower and shopping area, where the Four Seasons Taipei will open in 2026, the new Capella Taipei is also near Xingtian Temple, the most visited temple in northern Taiwan. 8. Faena New York: Spring 2025
The Faena New York Hotel and its associated private residences are located at 76 11th Avenue in West Chelsea, Manhattan, between West 17th and West 18th Streets. It's a short walk to The High Line, Chelsea Piers sport complex, the Chelsea Waterside Park, Chelsea Market, and West Village dining and shopping.

The Six Senses London will be the sixth Six Senses in Europe. 10. Rosewood Amsterdam: 2025

11. Rosewood Miyakojima: March 1, 2025
The first Rosewood property in Japan, Rosewood Miyakojima is situated on Mikayo Island, Okinawa, at the southern end of the Japanese archipelago. 12. Collegio alla Querce, an Auberge Resort, Florence: March 3, 2025
Collegio alla Querce will be Auberge Resort's first property in Italy and its third in Europe. 17. Four Seasons Puerto Rico: Late 2025
The Four Seasons Puerto Rico is a reflagging of the St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort, and will open in late 2025 following interior renovations. The Andaz Miami Beach is opening following a $50 million renovation of The Confidante Miami Beach. Located at 4041 Collins Avenue, the hotel is a 17-20 minute drive from Miami International Airport (MIA), 15 minute drive from the Art Deco Historic District, a 7 minute drive from the Miami Beach Botanical Garden and Holocaust Memorial Miami Beach, and walking distance to restaurants and shops. One of the hotel's best features is its stretch of beach, which isn't quite as crazy as some other parts of South Beach.
