Andaz Miami Beach Opens Late 2024

The Andaz Miami Beach will emerge from a renovation of The Confidante Miami Beach, with the renovation expected to be completed in time for a late 2024 opening. It will join The Thompson South Beach as one of two Hyatt luxury hotels in Miami Beach.

The $60 million transformation will modernize all guest rooms and suites, expand the mix of hotel suites, redesign the lobby as well as restaurants, refresh the swimming pool, and upgrade the meeting and event areas. Since the hotel will remain in operation throughout the renovation, we recommend reserving other Miami luxury properties in lieu of The Confidante to avoid potential construction noise and disruption.

The Confidante Miami Beach / Andaz Miami Beach is located at 4041 Collins Avenue, a 17-20 minute drive from Miami International Airport (MIA), 15 minute drive from the Art Deco Historic District, a 7 minute drive from the Miami Beach Botanical Garden and Holocaust Memorial Miami Beach, and walking distance to restaurants and shops.

One of the hotel's best features is its stretch of beach, which isn't quite as crazy as some other parts of South Beach.
