Christmas and New Year's Eve 2025 is still over 3 months away, but many popular luxury resorts are already fully booked for this period (due to returning guest priority). Here are some of our favorite beach resorts and hotels in warmer places that have availability for at least some of festive season 2025-2026. We've updated several of the resorts with larger suites and villas that are available for extended family or friends traveling together.

2. Four Seasons Tamarindo: No Minimum Stay
No minimum stay for rooms/suites
Family/Friends: 6 Bedroom Beach House with Pool available, 7 night minimum between 12/19/25-1/5/26. Sleeps 14 adults or 8 adults and 8 children

3. Four Seasons Maui at Wailea: No Minimum Stay
Four Seasons Maui at Wailea has no minimum stay requirement, except for 12/27, 12/28 and 12/29; stays that include those nights must be 5+ nights. Be prepared for room rates that start at >$3000 per night for rooms and >$5000 per night for suites.
Family/Friends: Oceanfront Prime Suites, which accommodate up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children, and Elite Oceanfront Two Bedroom Suites (up to 6 adults, or 4 adults and 5 children), are available for 12/20-12/26 or 12/24-1/3 with a 5 night minimum.

4. Andaz Maui at Wailea: No Minimum Stay

5. Wymara Resort, Turks & Caicos: 2-5 Night Minimum Stay
For arrivals up to and including 12/29, there's only a 2-night minimum stay. Arrivals 12/30, 12/31 and 1/1 have a 5-night minimum stay, while arrivals on 1/2 have a 4-night minimum stay.

6. One&Only Mandarina, Mexico: 3-4 Night Minimum
At time of writing, there's a 3-night minimum for stays that begin 12/25, 12/27, 12/28, or 12/29. A 4-night minimum applies for stays that begin 12/23, 12/24, 12/26, 12/30, 1/1, and 1/2. No arrival possible on 12/31.

7. Four Seasons Oahu at Ko Olina: No Minimum Stay Except Arrivals on 12/26 Require 2 Nights Minimum
Family/Friends: The Penthouse Suite (up to 6 adults, or 6 adults + 4 children), is available 12/20-1/3 with a 5 night minimum; no departure on 12/31

8. Four Seasons Lanai: 3 to 5 Night Minimum for Stays Arriving 12/20-1/3
Family/Friends: The Ali'i Royal Suite (up to 4 adults + 1 child or 2 adults + 3 children) is available 12/20-12/26 with a 3 night minimum

9. Chileno Bay Resort & Residences, Cabo: 4-7 Night Minimum Stay
A 4-night minimum applies to an arrival on 12/31, a 5-night minimum for arrivals on 12/30, and a 6-night minimum for arrivals on 12/29. Arrivals 12/25-12/28 require a 7-night minimum stay.

11. Four Seasons Punta Mita: 7 Night Minimum Stay
There's a 7-night minimum for stays that include any nights from 12/26-12/31.
Family/Friends: The Luna Ocean Villa 4 Bedroom (up to 8 adults or any combination of up to 6 adults + 4 children) is available 12/23-1/3 with a 5 night minimum.
Casa Tesoro (up to 14 guests) is available 12/24-12/29 with a 5 night minimum.

12. Four Seasons Bahamas (The Ocean Club): Available until 12/26; Arrivals 12/26-1/1 Require 7 Night Minimum

13. Four Seasons Costa Rica: Available until 12/26; 7 Night Minimum for Rooms, 5 Night Minimum for Suites 12/27-12/31
Family/Friends: A 3-Bedroom Villa at Prieta Bay (up to 6 adults, or 4 adults + 4 children) is available 12/23-1/2 with a 7 night minimum
Casa del Mar (up to 8 adults + 2 children or 6 adults + 4 children) which is included in our Four Seasons Costa Rica video below, is available 12/23-1/2 with an 8 night minimum.

14. Four Seasons Los Cabos at Costa Palmas: No Minimum Stay for Residences; 5 Night Minimum for Rooms for Stays Arriving 12/26-1/2
Family/Friends: A Three-Bedroom Beachfront Presidential Villa (up to 8 adults or 6 adults + 4 children) is available for festive season stays with a 3 night minimum.
An Oasis Five-Bedroom Villa is available 12/20-12/27 with a 5 night minimum.

15. Four Seasons Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru: 8 Night Minimum for Arrivals 12/27-1/1
Family/Friends: A Sunrise 3 Bedroom Water Suite and Sunset 3 Bedroom Water Suite (up to 6 guests) is available 12/15-12/25 with no minimum length of stay

16. Four Seasons Hualalai: Available until 12/24; 10 Night Minimum for Stays Starting 12/24

17. Rosewood Cape Kidnappers, New Zealand: 2 Night Minimum 12/20/25-3/31/26

18. Rosewood Le Guanahani St. Barths: 5-7 Night Minimum
At time of writing, a 7-night stay is possible starting 12/23 for an Ocean Bay Room or Garden Pool Suite.
