The best deal is 50K Aer Lingus miles (39K Chase Ultimate Rewards points) each way (taxes PHL-DUB are $136) but the booking process is more cumbersome if you're not used to redeeming Aer Lingus Avios. You'll need an Aer Lingus Aer Club account if you want to transfer British Airways Avios to it, then you'll need to log in to the Avios site to actually redeem your Aer Club Avios, since the Aer Club site itself only does revenue (paid) bookings. Note that peak summer travel dates are 60K miles each way, and the Avios Web site can take a long time to load and return results. Because of this, it can often be better to call in to complete the booking.
