2. Amanzoe, Greece

At Amanzoe, each Pool Pavilion has its own private pool, but for a more expansive pool, there are four pools at Amanzoe's Beach Club, a brief golf cart ride from the resort. Amanzoe is one of the most architecturally spectacular Amans, and the best Aman in Europe. It can be a long drive from Athens, so I recommend taking the helicopter transfer.

3. Grand Hotel du Cap-Ferrat (Four Seasons), French Riviera, France

The Grand Hotel du Cap-Ferrat is a Four Seasons hotel, although its legendary Club Dauphin pool, overlooking the Mediterranran Sea, dates back to 1939.
