The Vineta Hotel in Palm Beach, an Oetker Collection property, will open in Fall 2024 following a complete renovation, and will be Oetker Collection's 12th hotel. Located at 363 Cocoanut Row, the building, constructed in the mid-1920s and opened in 1926 as the Lido-Venice hotel, has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1986. The post-renovation Vineta Hotel name harkens back to the hotel's nearly 50 year history as the Vineta from the late 1920s-1970s.

The hotel's distinctive pale-pink façade is a quintessential example of the Mediterranean Revival architecture that Palm Beach is known for. The extensive renovation will be led by Paris-based interior designer Tino Zervudachi. The prior hotel, The Chesterfield, had 53 rooms and suites, but these will be reduced to 41 more spacious rooms and suites, all with fresh and bright interiors.

On the ground floor, The Vineta Hotel will offer a range of bar and dining concepts. The former Leopard Lounge, in its heyday a popular Palm Beach night spot for celebrities and locals, will undergo renovation. The restaurant will offer lunch and dinner and be complemented by a newly fashioned bar with only a handful of seats. A new Mediterranean-inspired indoor-outdoor poolside restaurant will provide an al fresco dining option.
