Little Nell Hotel to Open in NYC

.

The Little Nell Hotel will open in New York City in 2026, the second Little Nell Hotel after the original, located in Aspen, Colorado.

Little Nell NYC Location

The Little Nell in New York City will have 130 rooms and suites located across ten floors of 30 Rockefeller Center, above the studios where NBC's Today show and Saturday Night Live are filmed. The floors currently house vacant office space, a casualty of the pandemic, although the Crown family, which owns Aspen Hospitality and co-owns Rockefeller Center with real estate developer Tishman Speyer was already considering a Rockefeller Center hotel even pre-pandemic.

The Little Nell in NYC, unlike The Little Nell in Aspen, will target business travelers as well as leisure guests. Recent dining additions to Rockefeller Plaza include Lodi, serving Italy's Milanese cuisine, and French brasserie Le Rock.
