French Polynesia Entry Restrictions

U.S. adult visitors must be vaccinated and do the following:

Register on the ETIS platform 30-6 days prior to departure
Have negative results from a RT-PCR COVID-19 test taken within the 72 hours prior to departure or negative results from an antigen test taken with the 48 hours prior to departure
Bring the original vaccine card as proof of vaccination

Fortunately, given that young kids aren't yet eligible for vaccination, French Polynesia allows unvaccinated children under 18 who are traveling with a vaccinated parent or legal guardian to travel. They must take the same pre-flight COVID test, and also undergo additional tests while in French Polynesia on day 4 and day 8, at the hotel.
