Chase Credit Card Retention Offers

Chase Credit Card Retention Offers

It's been some time since we covered Chase Credit Card Retention Offers, so if you're considering consolidating your credit cards, here are some data points of what others have been offered recently.

Note that it's best not to ask outright for a retention offer, but instead to say that you're considering closing your card, and would like to know if there are any offers on your account, for example a statement credit. Also note that some are reporting only being offered a statement credit via a pop-up that only appears once the representative has initiated the cancellation process. So don't automatically assume the rep is playing games with you; the offer simply may not appear until you've stated you wish to cancel.
