Six Senses Porto Heli, Greece

Six Senses Porto Heli will be the first Six Senses resort in Greece and the sixth Six Senses in Europe, after properties in Courchevel in France, Crans-Montana in Switzerland, Douro Valley in Portugal, Ibiza in Spain, and the new Six Senses Rome, Italy. Scheduled to open in 2026, it will be followed in 2027 by a second Six Senses in Greece, the Six Senses Megalonisos, one of the ten Petalioi islands. Six Senses Porto Heli will join a spate of new luxury resorts in Greece, such as the Mandarin Oriental Costa Navarino, One & Only Kea Island, One & Only Aesthesis, and Rosewood Blue Palace Crete, expected to open in 2025.

Six Senses Porto Heli Location and Getting There

The resort will be located in Ermioni on the Peloponnese, with views of the islands of Spetses and Hydra. Ermioni is about a 2.5-3 hour drive from Athens Airport (ATH), which is served by many nonstop flights from other European cities as well as seasonal nonstop flights from Atlanta ATL, Boston BOS and New York JFK on Delta; Chicago ORD, Newark EWR, and Washington Dulles IAD on United Airlines; ORD, New York JFK and Philadelphia PHL on American Airlines; and Montreal YUL and Toronto YYZ on Air Canada. There is also ferry service on Hellenic Seaways, which takes ~2.5 hours.

Six Senses Porto Heli Rooms and Amenities

The resort will encompass 60 rooms and suites, many with private plunge pools and private terraces or gardens. Extended families or friends traveling together will appreciate a three-bedroom retreat villa. As at nearby Amanzoe (~20 minute drive away), there will also be private residences for sale.

The resort's cascading design, woven into the landscape and maximizing sea views, is by Athens-based Arch Group and Rome-based Delogu Architecture. MuzaLab London is responsible for interior design, which will take inspiration from the local surroundings and utilize stone walls, limestone flooring, wood, and bronze finishes.

Amenities will include a large infinity pool and spa on the lower level, reception with panoramic ocean views, and a signature Six Senses Spa spanning over 17,000 square feet, with eight treatment rooms, thermal wet areas and heat experiences, an indoor swimming pool with ocean views, a Biohacking Lounge, an outdoor fitness and wellness circuit, and spa herbal gardens.

The all-day dining restaurant will be on the beach, along with a sunset bar, traditional Greek Kafeneio, and an organic vegetable garden. A boat jetty will welcome guests arriving by private yacht, and the beach club will host a range of water sports.

Other facilities will include an Alchemy Bar, Earth Lab, sound healing dome, and Grow With Six Senses play area and activities for children.
