The Mandarin Oriental Savoy Zurich is now open following more than two years of extensive renovation of the Baur en Ville, Zurich's first grand hotel founded in 1838. The hotel is centrally located at Poststrasse 12, by the Paradeplatz, the hotel is walking distance from Zurich's old town, the Kunsthaus Zurich, Zurich Opera House, and numerous restaurants and shops.

Mandarin Oriental Savoy Zurich Rooms and Amenities
The renovated hotel features 44 rooms and 36 suites (reduced from the previous hotel's 104 rooms and suites), redesigned by French interior designer Tristan Auer, whose work also includes the Mandarin Oriental Paris, Hôtel de Crillon (Rosewood) in Paris, the Island Shangri-La in Hong Kong, and the Belmond Royal Scotsman, among others. Reserve a Deluxe Terrace Room, Junior Terrace Suite, or Mandarin Rooftop Suite to enjoy a private terrace to take in views of Zurich.

Mandarin Oriental Savoy Zurich Restaurants
The redesigned hotel enjoys four dining venues, including ORSINI, helmed by two-Michelin Star chef Antonio Guida, previously at Seta, Mandarin Oriental Milan; The Savoy Brasserie & Bar; the Mandarin Lounge for Afternoon Tea, cocktails, and light bites; and 1838, the rooftop bar, open seasonally from May to September. There will also be a state-of-the-art fitness center.
