New Zealand is known for its boutique luxury lodges, but even among the many stellar lodges we stayed at, Otahuna was special, and we had our best dinner in New Zealand there. The lodge has just 7 suites, including two Master Suites, along with a majestic lawn, beautiful ornamental and organic vegetable gardens, wonderful fresh and flavorful cuisine, and most importantly, a thoughtful and warm team, headed by owners and partners Miles Refo and Hall Cannon.
