Singapore Airlines Book the Cook Returns to New York JFK

Singapore Airlines Book the Cook Returns to New York JFK

Singapore Airlines' Book the Cook Meal Preorder Returns to Flights from New York JFK starting November 2, 2021. During the COVID-19 pandemic Book the Cook was suspended from most cities except for Singapore and London and only returned to Frankfurt FRA and Munich MUC as of September 7, 2021. Singapore recently reopened to vaccinated visitors from the U.S., and it's hard to beat Singapore First Class on this route in terms of the service, even though it's no longer Singapore Suites on the A380, and Emirates A380 First Class via Dubai does offer a shower.

Singapore Business Class is also a solid option, even though among international business class products we prefer JAL Business Class Sky Suite in a window seat.

Here's our Singapore Airlines Business Class video review:

Note that currently the Singapore Book the Cook menu from NYC JFK is the same for both First Class and Business Class:

Keep in mind that the Book the Cook menu ex-Singapore is more extensive, currently offering 18 choices, including Singaporean, Western, Malaysian, Indian and health conscious options. Here are just four of the Singaporean options, including the popular Singapore Laksa spicy noodle soup:
