Rosewood Barbuda has been announced as the 4th Rosewood Caribbean resort, after properties in Little Dix Bay, the Bahamas, and St. Barth. As with the Bermuda (where we recommend the Rosewood Bermuda), Barbuda is known for having pink sand beaches, as well as its Frigate Bird Sanctuary, as well as the Indian Cave in Two-Foot Bay National Park, and snorkeling and scuba diving. The Rosewood Barbuda is expected to open in 2028.
Getting to Barbuda
Most visitors to Barbuda fly into Antigua (ANU), which offers nonstop flights from Atlanta ATL, Charlotte CLT, Miami MIA, New York JFK, Newark EWR, Orlando MCO, and Toronto YYZ among others, then take a 90-minute high-speed ferry to Barbuda.
Rosewood Barbuda Suites and Amenities
The resort will include 50 suites and 35 Rosewood Private Residences, set on 85 secluded acres including 900 meters of pristine beachfront. Similar to other Rosewood properties, there will be an Asaya Spa with the island's most extensive spa and wellness facilities. It will offer a fitness center, two swimming pools (one a family pool), and six spa treatment rooms.
Culinary offerings include three unique dining outlets, one of them a farm-to-table restaurant, which will showcase the flavors of the island by making use of local produce.
