The New Four Seasons New Orleans Opens in Early 2021, an exciting development in a city that hasn't had a new luxury hotel in 20 years (the Ritz-Carlton New Orleans opened in 2000).

Four Seasons New Orleans Location
The new hotel and 92 private residences will be located on the upper floors of the historic World Trade Center building, which is being renovated at a cost of ~$450 million. The World Trade Center (formerly known as the International Trade Mart, or ITM Building) is located at 2 Canal Street, with views of the city and Mississippi River. It's easy walking distance to the French Quarter and the Warehouse District, as well as the Convention Center, for those attending meetings.

Four Seasons New Orleans Features and Amenities
The Four Seasons New Orleans will offer 341 rooms and suites, making it one of the larger Four Seasons city hotels (slightly larger are Four Seasons New York with 368 rooms and Four Seasons Chicago with 345 rooms, but most other Four Seasons properties in major cities are smaller.
The new hotel will offer four restaurants and bars, a luxury spa, a rooftop pool, and meeting and event spaces. One of the developers, Carpenter & Company Inc., which also partnered with Four Seasons on Four Seasons One Dalton Boston, notes that the hotel's public spaces will be filled with natural light, and most will feature views of the Mississippi River.

Four Seasons New Orleans General Manager
The Four Seasons New Orleans will be led by General Manager Mali Carow, who most recently was the Hotel Manager at the Four Seasons London at Park Lane. She's a Four Seasons veteran of nearly 20 years, with particular expertise in Food & Beverage (fitting given New Orleans' status as a foodie mecca), having started at Four Seasons Chicago and worked at Four Seasons Washington DC, Four Seasons Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru, and Four Seasons Amman. She'll join just a handful of other women GMs leading Four Seasons hotels in North America–by my count, just 7 Four Seasons hotels in North America have a woman GM.

Four Seasons New Orleans Preferred Partner Benefits for TravelSort Clients
While the hotel specific amenity hasn't yet been announced, Four Seasons Preferred Partner benefits are likely to be:
