If utilizing Avianca LifeMiles with the 25% Citi transfer bonus, one way awards range from 51,000 to 56,000 miles each way. Alternatively, if you already have ANA Mileage Club miles, Mileage Club charges 50K miles each way; note that you can't book one way awards with Mileage Club, and it takes 48 hours to transfer AMEX Membership Rewards points to Aeroplan, so availability could change in the meantime.

It's also possible to book award seats using other Star Alliance frequent flyer programs, such as United MileagePlus, but United is more expensive: 88,000 miles each way if you don't have a United credit card, or 80,000 miles each way if you do. Aeroplan only offers one business class award seat per flight.
