If utilizing Avianca LifeMiles with the 15% AMEX transfer bonus, one way awards range start at 52,000 miles each way. Alternatively, if you already have ANA Mileage Club miles, Mileage Club charges 50K miles each way; note that you can't book one way awards with Mileage Club, and it takes 48 hours to transfer AMEX Membership Rewards points to Aeroplan, so availability could change in the meantime.
It's also possible to book award seats using other Star Alliance frequent flyer programs, such as United MileagePlus, but United is more expensive: 88,000 miles each way if you don't have a United credit card, or 80,000 miles each way if you do. Aeroplan awards are 60,000-75,000 points each way, but United and Aeroplan only offer one business class award seat per flight.
