How Does the Peninsula PenClub PenTime Flexible Check-In and Check-Out Work?
One of the best benefits of staying at a Peninsula Hotel is the PenTime flexible check-in and check-out. Have you ever arrived on a red eye flight and wished for a guaranteed early check-in without having to reserve the previous night? With the PenTime benefit, as long as you let the relevant Peninsula Hotel know at least 24 hours prior to your arrival time (we highly recommend advising the property when booking, or as early as possible) you can arrive as early as 6am on the date of arrival. If your reserved room or suite isn't yet ready, the hotel will provide an alternative hospitality room for you, until your booked room or suite is ready for check-in. That enables you to take a nap, shower, and refresh in privacy, instead of having to leave luggage at reception and go elsewhere.
Similarly, if you have an evening flight and have apprised the hotel at least 24 hours prior to arrival, you can either keep your reserved room or suite until 10pm on the day of departure, or have access to a hospitality room until that time.
Note that some properties have certain blackout dates around major holidays when the PenTime benefit doesn't apply due to high occupancy.
