The Kimpton Lisbon will open in 2025, the first Kimpton hotel in Portugal and the 10th in Europe, after the Kimpton BEM Budapest opens in Summer 2024.
Kimpton Lisbon Location and Amenities
The hotel is currently the Hotel Real Parque, located at Av. Luís Bívar 67, only a 15-minute drive the Lisbon Airport (LIS), about an 8-minute walk from the Parque Eduardo VII, a 15-minute drive to the cobbled streets of the Bairro Alto district. It will be redesigned before reopening as the Kimpton Lisbon, with 141 guest rooms and suites.
The hotel's lobby and restaurants will be reimagined to take inspiration from the light and colors of Portugal's capital. New features will be a rooftop bar and swimming pool.
