Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is now open for reservations from November 24, 2025 (with a soft opening from 11/13/25) as the sixth Four Seasons in Florida, following Four Seasons Miami, Four Seasons Palm Beach, Four Seasons Orlando, Four Seasons Miami Beach, and the Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale.

Four Seasons Naples Beach Club Location and Getting There
The Four Seasons Naples Beach Club will be located at 825 South Golf Drive in Naples, Florida, about a 40 minute drive from Southwest Florida Airport (RSW), served by nonstop flights from ATL, BOS, CLE, CVG, DCA,DEN, DTW, EWR, IAD, IAH, JFK, LAX, LGA, MSP, ORD, and PHL, among others.

Naples Beach Club Rooms and Suites
The previous hotel, the Naples Hotel & Golf Club, was a 319-room property. The new Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, has only 155 rooms, 17 Studio Suites, 23 Suites, and 2 Specialty Suites, for a total of 197 accommodations. Additionally, there will be up to 185 Four Seasons private residences. In the first phase, 58 Four Seasons Beachfront Residences, including 4 Beach Houses and 4 Penthouses, as well as 12 Golfside Residences will be developed by Hart Howerton, with interiors by Champalimaud Design.
Each of the spacious guest rooms and suites will enjoy lounging porches, walk-in closets and luxurious bathrooms. All rooms are 532 sq. ft., but vary by view: entry-level Resort-View Rooms overlook the adjacent residences and grounds, Garden-View Rooms on floors 2-3 have views of the resort community, garden, and golf course, Partial Ocean-View Rooms have angled views of the Gulf and shoreline, Ocean-View Rooms have water views, and Premier Ocean-View Rooms have the best, unobstructed water views from floors 4-7.

Resort-View, Partial Ocean-View, and Ocean-View Studio Suites are 908 sq. ft., with a king bed as well as a sofa bed that can sleep one adult or two children, while families that prefer a separate bedroom should reserve a One-Bedroom Suite, which can range from 1100 sq. ft. for Resort-View and Partial Ocean-View (these have a full bathroom and a guest half bathroom) to 1500-1730 for the Garden-View One Bedroom Suite, which has two full bathrooms and a kitchen.

Resort amenities include an indoor/outdoor fitness center, spa, tennis, an 18-hole Tom Fazio golf course (opening late 2026), a beachside garden with outdoor pools and cabanas, and a rooftop pool.

Family-friendly amenities will include a Market Square, located near the golf course, including a general store, a bar and grill with a game room and a bowling alley, a Four Seasons Kids for All Seasons Kids' Club, casual eateries including an ice cream pavilion, and an expansive lawn.
Development is being spearheaded by The Athens Group, a boutique developer of upscale resort communities and luxury resorts, whose work includes the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch, Montage Laguna Beach and Montage Deer Valley.
