The Fairmont Tokyo will open in 2025 as the first Fairmont hotel in Japan and the twelfth in Asia. Unlike most luxury hotel high-rise projects in the U.S., such as the new Aman New York or Four Seasons Nashville, where the hotel portion is on the lower floors, with luxury condos on the upper floors, the Fairmont Tokyo will be on the upper floors of the south tower of the Shibaura Project located at 1 Chome-1-1 Shibaura, the former Toshiba Building, which is only a 10 minute drive from Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace, a 15-18 minute drive from Haneda Airport (HND), an 8-minute drive from the Andaz Tokyo, a 9-minute walk from Hamamatsucho Station, 20-minute walk from Shiba Park and 25-minute walk from the Tokyo Tower.

Fairmont Tokyo Amenities
The hotel will include 219 rooms and suites with views of Tokyo Bay, three restaurants and bars, a spa, fitness center, and swimming pool. Additionally there will be meeting rooms and a wedding chapel.
