The Fairmont Tokyo will open in 2025 as the first Fairmont hotel in Japan and the twelfth in Asia. Unlike most luxury hotel high-rise projects in the U.S., such as the new Aman New York or Four Seasons Nashville, where the hotel portion is on the lower floors, with luxury condos on the upper floors, the Fairmont Tokyo will be on the upper floors, floors 35-42, of the south tower of the Shibaura Project located at 1 Chome-1-1 Shibaura, the former Toshiba Building, which is only a 10 minute drive from Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace, a 15-18 minute drive from Haneda Airport (HND), an 8-minute drive from the Andaz Tokyo, a 9-minute walk from Hamamatsucho Station, 20-minute walk from Shiba Park and 25-minute walk from the Tokyo Tower.

Fairmont Tokyo Rooms and Amenities
The hotel will include 217 rooms and suites with views of Tokyo Bay, including Gold floor rooms that have access to the Fairmont Gold Lounge. The lounge offers daily continental breakfast, afternoon snacks, and complimentary evening appetizers and an honor bar.

Dining options include Yoshoku, for international cuisine, as well as a six-seat sushi counter. There will also be a modern speakeasy bar with rare spirits and vinyl listening.

Wellness facilities include a fitness center, spa, and infinity pool.
