The new Four Seasons Nashville will be located at 222 2nd Avenue South, about a 16 minute drive from the airport (BNA), a 5 minute walk to the Country Music Hall of Fame, 15 minute walk to the Frist Art Museum, and an 11 minute drive to Centennial Park. Excellent downtown dining, such as Yolan, for fine Italian cuisine, are a short walk away.

The hotel is on the 7th-14th floors of the 40-story tower, which also features private residences. There will be 189 rooms and 46 suites, each with views of downtown or the Cumberland River.
