The Park Hyatt is also very centrally located on 57th Street, about a 5 minute walk to Central Park and a 7 minute walk to MoMA. Opened in 2014, it's one of the newer NYC hotels, and popular with my clients who prefer a modern aesthetic. Its 210 rooms include 92 suites, making it one of the most suite-heavy properties in the city. Even Standard King Rooms are quite spacious, however, at 484-623 square feet. The Park Hyatt New York has a swimming pool that enjoys great natural light from the wall of windows facing 57th Street, but expect there to be more kids than at the Baccarat, since the Park Hyatt price point is usually more accessible than the Baccarat.
