The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne, Australia will open in March, 2023, after being delayed from a mid-2022 opening. The 257-key property will be the most luxurious hotel in the city, which hasn't had a new luxury hotel in well over 15 years. The hotel will occupy the top floors of the tallest building, Tower A, of West Side Place, an AUD $1 billion development.
Guests will be welcomed in the airy lobby, located on level 80, seen in the photo above.
Ritz-Carlton Melbourne Rooms, Suites and Amenities
Rooms and suites will be located on floors 65-79, starting with Deluxe King Rooms (495 sq. ft.) and Deluxe Double Rooms (581 sq. ft.), which will be on floors 65-73, continuing through Premier King and Premier Double Rooms, Harbour King Rooms, Panoramic King and Panoramic Double Rooms, then Ritz-Carlton Club King Rooms, Premier Ritz-Carlton Club King and Premier Ritz-Carlton Club Double Rooms, Executive Suite, Yarra Suite, and The Ritz-Carlton Suite, all with access to the Club Lounge.
Amenities will include a Signature Restaurant and Ritz-Carlton Bar, in addition to the Club Lounge available to guests booked in club-level accommodation.
The Spa, located on Level 64, will offer six treatment rooms, including a dedicated couple’s suite, sauna, steam room, vitality pools and tranquil yoga space, as well as a heated infinity pool, with floor-to-ceiling views across the city.
