This Qatar QSuites 777-300ER Business Class Video Review is from Chicago ORD to Doha DOH, an award ticket that continued on to Africa and for which I redeemed 75,000 AAdvantage miles per person (the award for U.S. to Doha or via Doha to India or the Maldives is 70,000 miles per person). The Verdict
I liked a lot of Qatar QSuites Business Class: the privacy of the closing suite doors, pillow case, pajamas (usually only given to first class passengers), dine on demand, and the many choices for the in-flight entertainment system, Oryx One. That said, I still prefer JAL Sky Suite Business Class in a window seat, which is also extremely private, doesn't have the issue of your knees or legs bumping up against the tray table when you move around, and has a really comfortable Airweave mattress pad that makes a huge difference, at least for me, in sleep quality, especially if I haven't brought my portable mattress pad with me.
And in terms of in-flight service, I prefer Singapore Airlines, which I also prefer for menu variety, at least if on a route that offers Singapore's Book the Cook meal pre-order options, with many more choices than are available on the in-flight dining menu. I found the QSuites dining choices somewhat limited, and having now flown Qatar Business Class 4 times very recently, I've found that the menu choices don't vary that much, which becomes boring. I also find that the cabin is understaffed for the number of passengers, since all four flights have been quite full, so service has been slow.

Many of QR’s flights provide pajamas to passengers in J; it’s not just limited to F passengers.
I was referring to Qatar vs. other airlines’ business class. EVA Business Class is the only other international business class where I’ve been offered pajamas. Most other carriers, apart from Qatar and EVA, do not offer pajamas to business class passengers.
