Review-Four Seasons Doha Qatar

This Four Seasons Doha Review is from a Four Seasons Preferred Partner stay. Read on for how to get to the hotel, Four Seasons Preferred Partner benefits, photos and video of the Four Seasons Doha, and our review.

Four Seasons Hotel Doha Location and Check-in

The Four Seasons Doha is located right on the Corniche, with views of the Arabian Gulf on one side of the hotel, and city skyline views on the other. It took about 20 minutes between the airport and the hotel in both directions, but during rush hour or when there's heavier traffic, expect it to take 30-35 minutes or longer.

The lobby flowers aren't in one large arrangement, but rather colorful small bouquets arranged in circles that cascade from the ceiling to the floor:

The front desk was on the left, with two associates working. For our early evening arrival there was no wait, and we were quickly checked into our Premier Room.

The Verdict

The Four Seasons Doha isn't Doha's newest luxury hotel (at time of writing, that's the Mandarin Oriental Doha) but it's more resort-like than the Mandarin Oriental Doha, and a good bet if you value being right by the ocean, with ocean views, and 5 different outdoor pools, over newer and fancier rooms. We especially enjoyed our dinner al fresco at Nobu Doha. Yes, it's a chain, but still a great place to enjoy sushi and Japanese favorites while in Doha. On the other hand our room service breakfast, necessitated by our very early morning flight, was quite average; perhaps the breakfast buffet is better.

If you've recently stayed at the Four Seasons Doha, what was your experience?
