Chase Offers is Chase's version of AMEX Offers, although powered by third party Cardlytics, which also provides offers for Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Suntrust, and some other banks.
To view your Chase Offers, log into your Chase account online or via the mobile app. They should appear on the right, in your account dashboard. Offers are available for both Chase personal and Chase business cards, and at least in my experience, differ from each other.

Currently there's a Kimpton Hotels Chase Offer for 20% cash back as statement credit, up to a maximum of $120:

Maximize the Offer with Virtuoso or IHG Luxury & Lifestyle Benefits
If planning a Kimpton stay, the best way to maximize value is to reserve with Virtuoso or IHG Luxury & Lifestyle benefits (see the above link for participating Kimpton hotels), so as to enjoy the following perks. Note that IHG Luxury & Lifestyle does have a 2 night minimum, whereas the two Kimpton hotels that are Virtuoso members don't have a minimum night requirement, although Virtuoso does not guarantee 4pm late check-out.
Here are the IHG Luxury & Lifestyle benefits:
- Daily breakfast for up to two in-room guests
- Upgrade to next room category, subject to availability
- Welcome amenity on arrival
- No walk policy
- Free WiFi
- Value-added amenity specific to hotel ($100 value once per stay)

Also note that even if your stay falls after 2/28/19, you may be able to obtain a credit card authorization form and prepay the stay, so as to trigger the credit. The terms do state that the stay must be completed by 2/28/20, however, so this isn't guaranteed.
If your spouse or travel partner also has the Kimpton Chase Offer on his/her account, you could split the Kimpton bill and each earn up to $120 statement credit on your respective Chase cards on a $1200 or more stay.
