How to Get Free Room Service Breakfast at Four Seasons Hotels

How do you get free room service breakfast at all Four Seasons hotels and resorts worldwide? A prospective TravelSort Client who has an AMEX Platinum card wrote to us asking about this:
“AMEX Fine Hotels & Resorts seems to only give me $80 of breakfast credit per day at DUO Restaurant at the Four Seasons Maui. I asked if it can be applied to room service and was told no. Can I get free room service breakfast if I book as a TravelSort Client?”

As we wrote back, the answer is yes: all TravelSort Clients enjoy complimentary daily breakfast for two at either the restaurant (including buffets) or via room service, at all Four Seasons hotels worldwide. For clients who intend to enjoy one or more breakfasts in their room, it's worth checking with the hotel or us to understand what the maximum daily breakfast credit is. Even at Four Seasons' Hawaii resorts, it can vary.

As the traveler noted, Four Seasons Maui at Wailea does not permit the AMEX Fine Hotels & Resorts complimentary breakfast to be taken in the room, and the credit is $80. With our FSPP benefits, the breakfast may be enjoyed via room service and the credit is $90 per couple daily.

Similarly, at Four Seasons Lanai, AMEX FHR doesn't permit the complimentary breakfast to be taken in the room, whereas FSPP does; the breakfast benefit is $96 per couple daily.

At Four Seasons Hualalai, the FSPP breakfast benefit is $124 (which includes breakfast, tax, and 15% gratuity; the credit amount for breakfast and tax is thus $108).

At Four Seasons Oahu at Ko'Olina, the AMEX FHR breakfast benefit is only $64 daily and can only be used at the restaurant, whereas the FSPP breakfast as always can be enjoyed via room service and the FSPP credit is $104.
