Four Seasons New York on 57 East 57th Street is reopening November 15, 2024, after a protracted 4-year hiatus that was occasioned by the hotel being used for healthcare workers during the height of the pandemic, and financial negotiations between the hotel owner (Ty Warner) and the Four Seasons, which resulted in ~50 of the units being converted to residences for sale.
Initially, as of 11/15/24, these are the room types that will be offered:
- Park Avenue Junior Suite (27th-49th floors, 500 sq. ft., views of Park Avenue and the East River)
- Central Park Junior Suite (27th-29th, 31st, and 33rd-49th floors, 500 sq. ft., views of Central Park and the Hudson River)
- Central Park Suite with Terrace (32nd floor, 700 sq. ft., panoramic views of Central Park and the Hudson River)
- Park Avenue Suite (31st floor, 800 sq. ft., 1 bedroom suite, city views)
- Central Park Suite (33rd-49th floors, 700 sq. ft., 1 bedroom suite, Central Park and Hudson River views)
- Manhattan Suite (33rd-49th floors, 1100 sq. ft., 1 bedroom suite, 1.5 bathrooms, dining table for four, panoramic views of the Chrysler Building, downtown skyline, East River and Atlantic Ocean)
