Four Seasons New York on 57 East 57th Street reopened on November 15, 2024, after a protracted 4-year hiatus that was occasioned by the hotel being used for healthcare workers during the height of the pandemic, and financial negotiations between the hotel owner (Ty Warner) and the Four Seasons, which resulted in ~50 of the units being converted to residences for sale.
Initially, as of 11/15/24, these are the room types that will are offered:
- Park Avenue Junior Suite (27th-49th floors, 500 sq. ft., views of Park Avenue and the East River)
- Central Park Junior Suite (27th-29th, 31st, and 33rd-49th floors, 500 sq. ft., views of Central Park and the Hudson River)
- Central Park Suite with Terrace (32nd floor, 700 sq. ft., panoramic views of Central Park and the Hudson River)
- Park Avenue Suite (31st floor, 800 sq. ft., 1 bedroom suite, city views)
- Central Park Suite (33rd-49th floors, 700 sq. ft., 1 bedroom suite, Central Park and Hudson River views)
- Manhattan Suite (33rd-49th floors, 1100 sq. ft., 1 bedroom suite, 1.5 bathrooms, dining table for four, panoramic views of the Chrysler Building, downtown skyline, East River and Atlantic Ocean)
- Presidential Suite (51st floor, 2150 sq. ft., 1 bedroom suite; north-facing suite has views of Central Park/Upper East Side, while south-facing suite has views of the Manhattan skyline, including the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building. Each suite has two furnished, private terraces)
- Gotham Suite (50th floor, 4300 sq. ft., 3 bedroom suite; 360 degree view of the city, four landscaped terraces)
- Ty Warner Penthouse (designed by I.M. Pei, Peter Marino and Ty Warner, 52nd floor, 4300 sq. ft., four cantilevered glass balconies, the highest in the world)

Michal Dedera has returned as General Manager; he was also GM from 2017-2020 and oversaw the hotel's crisis operations when it was used to house first-aid workers during the pandemic. His other Four Seasons stints include Four Seasons Palm Beach, Four Seasons Chicago, the former Four Seasons London at Canary Wharf, and Four Seasons Prague.
