Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale Rooms and Suites

The new hotel features 129 guest rooms and 19 suites. Entry level rooms are the city view Lauderdale Rooms on floors 4-6, with one king bed, two queen beds, or two double beds, ranging from 439-675 sq. ft.. Intracoastal Water View Rooms, 494-554 sq. ft. on floors 7-11 offer one king bed and Intracoastal views and accommodate up to three guests if a rollaway is added. Ocean View Rooms (439-640 sq. ft.) on floors 6-10 afford partial ocean views and come with one king or two queen beds.

We recommend reserving the highest room category, a Prime Ocean View Room, in order to enjoy direct ocean views. These rooms on floors 5-11 come with one king bed, two queen beds, or two double beds.

Lauderdale Suites and Ocean View Suites are both corner suites, with two balconies, and are 706 sq. ft.. Lauderdale Suites, on floors 4-6 have only city views, while Ocean View Suites on floors 7-11 have city views and partial ocean views.

There are just two Ocean View One Bedroom Suite (980 sq. ft.) on the 4th floor, which has a dining table on the ocean view balcony to enjoy al fresco dining.

The resort's top suite is the 1632 sq. ft. Birch Oceanfront Terrace Suite also on the 4th floor, with an expansive oceanfront terrace, two bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, as well as a sofabed in the living room and guest bathroom with shower; this suite sleeps up to six guests.
