Fly Air France Business Class to Europe from Chicago ORD for 29,000 Flying Blue miles + ~$200-$350 in taxes each way, for travel in January-February 2020. Note that to obtain the promo pricing, departures from Europe must be from Paris; other destinations are higher, for example ex-Amsterdam promo pricing is 35,500 miles + taxes.
Flying Blue Promo Awards to or from North America tend to be mostly for Economy and Premium Economy awards, but there are a limited number of promo awards between Chicago ORD and Europe, bookable during November 2019, for travel from January 1 – February 29, 2020.

And here are some of the dates available from Paris to Chicago, although a number of these involve a connection in Amsterdam, with KLM Business Class between Amsterdam and Chicago (a good product for the Dutch and other tall people, since KLM Business Class has one of the longest business class beds, at up to 81 inches long).
Chase Ultimate Rewards points, AMEX Membership Rewards points and Citi ThankYou points all transfer 1:1 to Air France/KLM Flying Blue miles, and transfer times to Flying Blue, at least for Ultimate Rewards and Membership Rewards points, is typically instant.
January-February is low season for Paris and Europe, given the cold and damp, but by the same token, there are some great Paris Luxury Hotel Offers during this period, such as at The Peninsula Paris, which is offering a 3rd night free plus a confirmed upgrade from a Deluxe Room to a Rooftop Garden Suite for January-March 2020 stays, if the Rooftop Garden Suite is available at time of booking.
