Singapore KrisFlyer Spree is Honoring the LifeLock and Network Solutions Shopping Deals!
When Singapore Airlines' KrisFlyer Spree Shopping Portal Offered Some Great Deals, such as LifeLock for 17,077 KrisFlyer miles and a Network Solutions Premium Domain Name for 23,077 KrisFlyer miles, I doubted that these would get honored.
So I just bought a LifeLock Basic membership for about $10 per month, sent a couple of inquiries to KrisFlyer Spree customer service about the miles, neither of which were answered, and put the LifeLock membership on my “to do” list to cancel.
I was just about to finally cancel LifeLock, when a reader commented that he had actually gotten the deal honored, and was promised the miles. He noted that the emails were from mallsupport@rewardall.com, so I addressed a third email to that email address, and received back this response:
“Thank you for your feedback.
It would appear your previous email sent in July did not go through to us as we could not locate your request. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. For future reference, for assistance with your purchases made online via KrisFlyer Spree, please fill in the query form at https://www.krisflyerspree.com/contact-us.
Please can you forward a copy of your email confirmation for your purchase made at LifeLock on 24 June 2014 showing the retailer, item purchased, merchandise price, date of purchase, and method of payment.
Once we receive this information we will research this transaction further.
Thank you.
Kind regards,
KrisFlyer Spree Support

In my reply, I attached a scan of my printed copy of the LifeLock transaction and emailed that, along with a screenshot of the LifeLock deal showing the offer of 17,077 miles.
A couple days later, I received a response that it was being researched.
And finally, 4 days after that, an email confirmed that KrisFlyer miles had been credited to my KrisFlyer account, and they appeared in my KrisFlyer Spree account (although for some reason not yet my KrisFlyer account-I hope that it will be updated within the next day or two).
I'm very happy to eat my words predicting that the deal would not be honored, and hope that everyone else who is still pursuing their KrisFlyer miles from one or more of these deals also gets them honored. 17,000 KrisFlyer miles is a good start towards a one way award in Singapore Suites on the A380 or Singapore Business Class, and don't forget that all of these points can be transferred to Singapore KrisFlyer:
- AMEX Membership Rewards Points
- Chase Ultimate Rewards Points (see Singapore KrisFlyer Now a Chase Ultimate Rewards Transfer Partner)
- SPG Points
- Citi ThankYou Points
