Fly Turkish Airlines Flat Bed Business Class to Istanbul from 70K points each way on select dates in January-early Feb. 2026 and Fall 2025. Turkish Airlines Business Class has various layouts; the older product on the Boeing 777 and A330 are in a 2-2-2 or 2-3-2 configuration. Look instead to fly on its 787 or A350 aircraft, where each seat has direct aisle access.
While Istanbul is well worth exploring, it's also easy to fly elsewhere in Europe; nonstop flights to Athens take 1.5 hours, Vienna is 2.5 hours, Rome and Prague are less than 3 hours, Nice is a little over 3 hours, and Marrakech is 5.5 hours.

Avianca LifeMiles can book Turkish Airlines Business Class for 69,000 points, and there's a 15% transfer bonus from AMEX Membership Rewards, so 60,000 AMEX points transfer, with the bonus, to 69,000 LifeMiles.
LifeMiles awards can be booked from Atlanta ATL and Boston BOS.
It's also possible to reserve with Air Canada Aeroplan for 70K-90K Aeroplan points each way; or via United MileagePlus for 88K miles each way (although only for Fall 2025 dates).
If you already have ANA Mileage Club miles, roundtrip can be booked for 100K miles each way (no one way awards permitted).
