Salterra is located at 1 Fourth Street, South Caicos, about an 8 minute drive from South Caicos Airport (XSC). Either take a 30 minute flight from Providenciales Airport (PLS), which is served by nonstop flights from Atlanta ATL, Charlotte CLT, Miami MIA, Montreal, New York JFK, Newark EWR, Orlando MCO, Toronto, Washington Dulles IAD, and other airports, or, starting 3/29/25, take an American Eagle nonstop flight from Miami MIA to XSC.

Salterra Rooms and Suites

The new resort encompasses 100 guest rooms and suites crafted with locally sourced wood, coral stone, and sisal. There's abundant natural light, thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive balconies, as well as sea views from all rooms and suites. Interior design is by Edge of Architecture, whose other resort work includes The Shore Club, Andaz Miami Beach, and Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island, among others. Entry-level Deluxe Rooms are a generous 455 sq. ft., with a private balcony, while One Bedroom Suites with a king bed and sofa bed are 1135 sq. ft., and Two Bedroom Suites (1240 sq. ft.) are also available.

Swimming Pools, Beach, and Spa

The resort has a lagoon-style swimming pool and an adults-only Spa Pool in addition to its beach.

Brine Restaurant is the resort's fine dining concept, with a seasonally changing chef’s tasting menu, expertly paired with an extensive wine selection. The restaurant also offers a signature upon request Epicurean Moment, that consists of a 7-course menu that evolves with the seasons, inspired by a prized ingredient deeply rooted in the region’s history: salt, often referred to as “white gold”.

At the chic lobby bar Sisal, guests will discover the bounty of the region with ever-changing menus, featuring bites and cocktails made with fresh, seasonal local ingredients.

For casual fare, Flamingo Café offers homemade gelato, local fruit smoothies, and crafted espresso, while Jack & Jenny’s, the resort’s food truck, serves a rotating menu of street food dishes infused with local influences.
