Rosewood Punta Cana

Rosewood Punta Cana will be Rosewood's 6th resort in the Caribbean/Atlantic, after properties in Little Dix Bay, the Bahamas, and St. Barth, as well as Rosewood Bermuda and the forthcoming Rosewood Barbuda. The new resort is expected to open in 2029.

Rosewood Punta Cana Location and Getting There

Set on 50 acres, with over 1300 feet of pristine beachfront, the new resort is only a 10-minute drive from Punta Cana Airport (PUJ), served by nonstop flights from Atlanta ATL, Boston BOS, Charlotte CLT, Chicago ORD, Dallas DFW, Fort Lauderdale FLL, Houston IAH, Miami MIA, New York JFK, Newark EWR, Orlando MCO, Philadelphia PHL, and Washington Dulles IAD, among others.

Rosewood Punta Cana Suites and Amenities

The new resort will comprise 78 spacious suites, including several lavish overwater villas (also see The Luxury Resort Overwater Villas Coming to the Caribbean). Eight distinctive dining venues will range from a specialty restaurant to a destination bar to a beach grill.

Asaya Spa, Rosewood’s integrative wellness concept, will offer inspired treatments and therapies that leverage indigenous ingredients and techniques. The expansive center will be home to six treatment rooms, a hair and nail salon, a dedicated retail space, a juice bar, an outdoor swimming pool and a state-of-the-art fitness studio. The property will further feature a fully serviced beach, an outdoor sports facility, and the Rosewood Explorerskids’ club.

Additional highlights include a PGA Tour championship golf course, a tennis center by legendary designer Oscar de la Renta, an equestrian center, and an ecological reserve.
