Rosewood Hong Kong Opening Offer

Rosewood Hong Kong Opening March 17 2019

The Rosewood Hong Kong Will Open March 17, 2019, making it Rosewood's 25th hotel worldwide. It's a Virtuoso property, so TravelSort Clients enjoy these benefits:

  • Upgrade on arrival, subject to availability
  • Complimentary Full Breakfast for two daily, served in Tea House
  • $100 USD equivalent Food & Beverage & Spa credit to be utilized during stay (not combinable, not valid on room rate, not applicable to spa retail products, no cash value if not redeemed in full)
  • Early check-in/late check-out, subject to availability
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi

Additionally, Rosewood Hong Kong's opening offer is a complimentary one way airport transfer for room bookings, and complimentary round trip airport transfers for suite bookings, valid for stays from March 17 – September 30, 2019.

This is an especially convenient perk, since unlike the Four Seasons Hong Kong or the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, the hotel is not connected to an Airport Express train station, so it's somewhat less convenient to get to. Absent the airport transfer, the best bet might be taking the Airport Express train to the Kowloon Station and then a 10-15 min. taxi from there to the hotel.

Rates for lower demand periods start at HKD 4300 + service per night for a Kowloon Peak View Room and HKD 4800 + service per night for a Harbour View Room. All rooms are 570 square feet (53 square meters)

Clients have really enjoyed the Rosewood Beijing's Club level rooms and suites, and with Hong Kong being such a competitive luxury hotel market, I'd expect the Rosewood Beijing Club Lounge to be a strong offering.

Surprisingly, given how soon the hotel will be opening, I don't see details about its restaurant or dining. Of course, Hong Kong has a plethora of excellent restaurants, but given that the Rosewood Hong Kong is supposed to ultimately have 8 restaurants and bars, so I'd have expected to see more about these.

Do you plan to stay at the new Rosewood Hong Kong?
