Rosewood Exuma Private Island

Rosewood Exuma Private Island will open in 2028 on East Sampson Cay as the fifth Rosewood among the Caribbean and Atlantic islands after Rosewood Bermuda, Rosewood Le Guanahani St. Barth, Rosewood Baha Mar, and Rosewood Little Dix Bay.

The 124-acre private island will be home to only 33 suites, all with stellar ocean views, and with several of them on prime beachfront. Rosewood has partnered with Yntegra Group, a Florida-based firm focused on real estate development and hospitality to develop the resort.

Rosewood Exuma Amenities

The resort's six unique restaurants and bars will highlight local specialties, making use of ingredients grown in the resort’s organic garden. The resort's beach club will be a particular draw, including a grill restaurant, beach and pool bars, and a private dining room. These will be enjoyed not only by resort guests, but also guests visiting from private yachts, since there will be two marinas with slips designed to accommodate yachts of up to 150 feet.

In addition to the Beach Club pool, there will be two pools exclusively for resort guests, one an adults-only pool, and one for families.

Children can enjoy the Rosewood Explorers kids' club, with activities are designed to spark discovery, inspire imagination and foster social responsibility.

The resort's Asaya Spa will be a 20,000 square foot sanctuary that includes six treatment rooms, a hydrotherapy facility, outdoor tranquil pool, and fitness center. The outdoor sports center will feature tennis, padel and pickleball courts, as well as water sports equipment.
