NYC Luxury Hotels: Best 3rd Night Free and 4th Night Free Offers

The Park Hyatt is about a 10 minute walk from the Baccarat and is also very centrally located, on 57th Street, between 6th and 7th Avenues. It opened in 2014, so it's also one of the newer NYC hotels. Its 210 rooms include 92 suites, making it one of the most suite-heavy properties in the city. That said, even Standard King Rooms are 484-623 square feet, spacious for Manhattan. As with the Baccarat, the Park Hyatt New York has a swimming pool, although expect there to be more kids since the Park Hyatt price point is usually more accessible than the Baccarat.

When clients want a view of Central Park, but don't want to patronize the Trump International (which is actually closer to the park and also has views) I recommend the Mandarin Oriental New York, in a Premier Central Park View Room or Premier Central Park View Suite. Keep in mind that the park will look rather bare this time of year, unless there's been snow, in which case it's a lovely site on a clear day.

For those who enjoy staying in the St. Regis New York's suites, this is a nice offer: you pay the regular rate the first night, but every 2nd night is just $4! This is to celebrate the St. Regis heritage, as this was the offer when the first St. Regis opened in 1904.

The Four Seasons New York Downtown is the best luxury option in the downtown area, and is a new Robert Stern building that opened just over a year ago, in September 2016.

There are only a few more weeks to enjoy this offer, so I've ranked it lower than the others, but for those wanting to be right across from Central Park, the Ritz-Carlton New York is a good address.
