The Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale Will Open in Early 2022 as a newly built beachfront tower 22-stories high. Over 75 percent of the private residences have sold, including a $15 million penthouse.

Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale Location
The new Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale is located at 525 Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard, about a 20 minute drive (without traffic) from Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) and about a 45 minute drive from Miami Airport (MIA). Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is about a 55 minute drive. The Four Seasons is next to the Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach, a Virtuoso property that opened in 2016, although unlike the daily full breakfast benefit with Four Seasons Preferred Partner, the Virtuoso breakfast benefit at the Conrad is only for daily continental breakfast.

Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale Rooms and Amenities
Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale will offer 129 rooms, 19 suites, and 41 hotel residences (in addition to 42 private residences that won't be offered for guest stays), fewer than 200 accommodations, compared to the nearly 300 rooms and suites in the Conrad. All rooms and suites will have Atlantic Ocean or Intracoastal views.

The third-floor Ocean Terrace will offer ocean views and lounging by two horizon-edge pools, as well as dining at the Ocean Terrace Restaurant.

The Spa will offer six treatment rooms for massages, facials, and other wellness treatments. Other amenities will include a Harley Pasternak-designed fitness center and the complimentary Kids for All Seasons kids' club.

Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale Preferred Partner Benefits
