Chase Private Client Arts & Culture 2019 Benefits are available via digital card only, effective 1/1/19, so if you're a Chase Private Client, you should have received an email with a clickable link to download your digital card. Once you've downloaded your digital card, you'll be able to show it at a participating museum or cultural institution, in conjunction with a government-issued photo ID, to receive the applicable benefits.
Note that you are only supposed to be eligible for benefits at the institutions in the region in which you have your primary residence, although I've certainly heard of cardholders sometimes receiving benefits at participating institutions in other Chase Private Client destinations.

is the digital card a static image or is it an app? i assume it’s customized for the individual holder… either way there are interesting security issues in doing this.
It’s a static image, stored in the cardholder’s mobile wallet on their smartphone.
several comments: a. does it seem that the number of museums keeps getting smaller every year? (and few of the museums allow visiting the temporary exhibitions). b. searching for “chase private client” on ebay shows a number of the physical cards available for purchase, at least for a few weeks. c. bank of america/merrill has a one weekend a month free museum program which is available to any credit or debit card holder and in all markets. d. nyc residents can get the “nyc id card” gives you a free membership for many nyc museums. it isn’t too onerous to… Read more »
I would check with your CPC banker, if you haven’t found the email in your primary, promotions or spam folders.
My CPC banker doesn’t know jack about the the changes to the arts and culture card. lot more useful info on ur webpage.
Oh no! While am glad you found my post helpful, sorry your CPC banker doesn’t know about the changes. The email I received, on 12/15/18, specifically said that “if an eligible family member did not receive a link to download their card, please contact Your Private Client Banker.” S/he should at least be able to notify the dept. at Chase that handles Arts & Culture, so as to get you a valid link.
I downloaded the digital card into my “wallet”, but do you know how it works when I get to the museum…does it scan like a credit card or do we just show digital card and a photo id?
You just need to show your digital card (which should have your name on it) along with your photo ID.
Where can I find a list of the institutions in my region? Is the list on this page a complete list?
I just received it today. Two changes:
1. It’s 2021 and the world sucks. I wonder if everyone got upgraded because local museums are hit and miss reopening.
2. Assets exceeded $1M. I had been told on the phone once this was what mattered, but they also told me retirement assets don’t count. I wouldn’t qualify based on post-tax accounts.
Curious if others see a pattern.
